Terms and Conditions

Initium Learning is a professional IT training institute based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, offering professional IT courses with placement assistance. We are committed to providing quality education and career support to our students.

2.1 Eligibility

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer knowledge is required
• Graduate or pursuing graduation preferred
• Working professionals and freshers both welcome

2.2 Enrollment Process

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of course fees
• Seat is reserved only upon receipt of registration amount
• Initium Learning reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment

2.3 Batch Allocation

• Students will be allocated to batches based on availability
• Batch timings will be communicated at the time of enrollment
• Initium Learning reserves the right to change batch timings with prior notice

3.1 Fee Structure

• Course fees are as communicated at the time of enrollment
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice for new batches
• Enrolled students will not be affected by fee changes

3.2 Payment Terms

• Registration amount is required to confirm seat
• Remaining fees must be paid as per agreed schedule
• Fees can be paid via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or Instalments

3.3 Instalment Policy

• Instalment facility is available on select courses
• Instalment schedule will be agreed upon at time of enrollment
• Delayed instalment payments may result in temporary suspension from classes

4.1 No Refund Policy

• All fees paid to Initium Learning are non-refundable.
• Once payment is made, whether full or partial, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
• This includes registration fees, course fees, and any other charges paid to Initium Learning.

4.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Absence from classes
• Personal reasons or change of mind
• Inability to attend due to personal or professional commitments
• Failure to complete assignments or assessments
• Violation of code of conduct
• Dissatisfaction with course content or delivery
• Relocation or travel issues

4.3 Batch Transfer

• In exceptional cases, students may request a one-time batch transfer within 6 months of enrollment, subject to availability and management approval.
• Batch transfer is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Initium Learning.

4.4 Course Cancellation by Initium Learning

• In the unlikely event that Initium Learning cancels a course, students will be offered an alternative batch or a full credit towards another course.

By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5.1 Class Schedule

• Classes are conducted as per communicated schedule
• Initium Learning reserves the right to reschedule classes with prior notice
• Extra sessions may be arranged at no additional cost

5.2 Course Material

• Study material provided is for personal use only
• Sharing or distributing course material is strictly prohibited
• Material remains the intellectual property of Initium Learning

5.3 Online and Offline Classes

• Classes may be conducted online, offline, or in hybrid mode
• Students must have adequate internet connection for online sessions
• Recordings of sessions may be shared at the discretion of the trainer

5.4 Batch Changes

• Students may request a batch change subject to availability
• Maximum one batch change is permitted per enrollment
• Batch change requests must be submitted 7 days in advance

6.1 Minimum Attendance

• Minimum 75% attendance is required to be eligible for certification
• Students with less than 75% attendance will not receive course completion certificate

6.2 Leave of Absence

• Students must inform in advance for planned absences
• Make-up sessions will be arranged subject to trainer availability
• Recorded sessions may be shared for missed classes

7.1 What We Provide

• Resume building support
• Interview preparation sessions
• Job referrals to our hiring partner network
• LinkedIn profile guidance

7.2 Important Disclaimer

• Placement assistance does not guarantee job placement
• Final selection is at the sole discretion of the hiring company
• Initium Learning acts as a facilitator and not a guarantor of employment
• Placement support is available for 1 year after course completion

7.3 Eligibility for Placement Assistance

• Minimum 75% attendance required
• All course fees must be fully paid
• Must have completed all assignments and assessments
• Must actively participate in placement activities

8.1 Course Completion Certificate

• Certificate is issued upon successful completion of the course
• Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory
• All fees must be cleared before certificate is issued
• Certificate will be issued within 30 days of course completion

8.2 Certificate Validity

• Certificates are issued by Initium Learning
• They are not official IT certifications unless explicitly stated
• IT certification preparation support is provided as part of the course

Students are expected to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards trainers and fellow students
• Attend classes punctually
• Complete assignments within given deadlines
• Not record sessions without prior permission
• Not share login credentials or course material
• Maintain a positive learning environment

Violation of code of conduct may result in:

• Written warning
• Suspension from classes
• Termination of enrollment without refund

• All course content, material, videos, and documents are the intellectual property of Initium Learning
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course material
• Unauthorized sharing of content may result in legal action

• We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Your data will not be sold to third parties
• We may use your contact details to communicate course updates and offers

Initium Learning shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from course enrollment
• Job loss or salary issues during training period
• Technical issues during online sessions beyond our control
• Any decisions made by hiring companies during placement process

• Initium Learning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time
• Students will be notified of significant changes
• Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
