Refund Policy
Initium Learning is committed to providing high-quality educational services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. Below are the terms governing refunds for our courses and services:
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT):Refunds will be granted if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced or after accessing the course materials.
- Self-Paced Courses:Due to the digital nature of these courses, we do not offer refunds once the material has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you face any issues with accessing the course, our team will assist you in resolving the problem.
- Refund Process
Refund requests must be made by emailing us at info@initiumlearning.com with your enrolment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees, taxes, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for promotional courses or courses purchased with a discount.
- Exceptions
In cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, a full refund will be provided, regardless of the above policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the effort and resources invested in course preparation.
- Course Cancellations
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT):Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start of the course are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will not be refunded.
- Self-Paced Courses:Cancellations for self-paced courses are only applicable before accessing any course materials. Once accessed, cancellations are not permitted.
