- Instructor-Led Training (ILT):Refunds will be granted if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced or after accessing the course materials.
- Self-Paced Courses:Due to the digital nature of these courses, we do not offer refunds once the material has been accessed or downloaded. However, if you face any issues with accessing the course, our team will assist you in resolving the problem.
- Refund Process
Refund requests must be made by emailing us at info@initiumlearning.com with your enrolment details. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees, taxes, and transaction charges are non-refundable.
